Swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, a tooth knocked loose — current patients use the emergency line on the office voicemail. Pain that can wait: next day we’re open. Face swelling fast belongs in an ER, not a chat window.

New patients
Welcome. First visit is exam and x-rays, not a surprise cleaning unless you ask. On a live desk we’d take a name and send the packet.

Most PPO plans. Bring the card. This example can’t look up a specific plan.
Kids
From the first tooth. Parent or guardian at the first visit. Cleanings are scheduled, not walk-in.
