Night-shift front desk

Someone still has to answer after you lock the door.

Guests don’t wait until morning. TwoShot is a small chat on your website — hours, house rules, the late question — so the desk can go dark. I train it. I keep it current. I’m Shaun.

Website chat. Not a phone receptionist. Built for independent shops, not chains.

A small inn at night: one office window lit, a key hanging, an envelope on the sill.
Office dark. Site still open.

How it works

Three steps. I run them.

01

I train it on your pages

Your site, flyers, whatever you already post — plus anything you send me that isn’t on the internet. House rules. Slam nights. “Just call if…” If you don’t approve a fact, it stays out.

02

A small chat sits on the site

Guests type the way they’d text. Hours. Pets. A table for 12. If it doesn’t know, it says so and points them to you.

03

I keep it current

Specials change. Hours shift. You email me. You don’t log into a dashboard. I’m the person on the other end, not a platform you babysit.

Straight

Website chat. Not a phone receptionist.

If they call after close, that’s still your voicemail. If they land on your homepage at 11pm with a question, this is who talks to them. I won’t sell it as a night clerk on the line, because it isn’t one.

Who it’s for

Independent shops, not chains.

Motels, restaurants, bars, dental offices — the kind where the owner still locks the door. Some shops sell a managed concierge aimed at a different budget. TwoShot is me, Shaun, running a small chat for independent sites. I work remotely in the US.

The restaurant page has a live example you can click through. Or email your site URL and what happens after you close. I’ll tell you if this even belongs on your homepage.
